About Our Roofing Work in Noble

We are a roofing company that tells you what is wrong with your roof, why it happened and what your real options are. Then we do the work with care for the materials, the finish and your home, so the result looks right and holds up.

A Roofer That Explains Before It Recommends

Most people reach out to a roofer after something has gone wrong: a stain spreading across a ceiling, shingles scattered in the yard after high wind, a gutter sagging away from the fascia. The first thing they want is a clear answer. That is where we begin. We get up on the roof, trace the cause, and describe what we found in everyday language.

Next comes the choice. A leak often comes down to a split pipe boot or a lifted piece of flashing, and a targeted roof repair is the right call. Other times the decking flexes underfoot and the shingles have shed their granules, so a patch would only last a season or so. When that is the case we tell you, explain why roof replacement is the better spend, and go over what drives the price: the square footage, how steep the slopes are, the number of old layers we strip away, whether any decking needs replacing, and the material you pick.

On the licensing side, we hold Oklahoma licenses for both residential roofing and commercial roofing, and we also carry an Oklahoma general contractor license. That combination lets us handle a single-story house with a simple gable just as readily as a low-slope roof over a business, and it means the work done on your home follows the state's licensing requirements from tear-off to final cleanup.

How We Work on Your Roof

Photos of what we find

During roof inspections we photograph the problem areas, from cracked shingles to rusted flashing. You see what we see, so the recommendation makes sense before any work is scheduled.

Written estimates by line item

Your estimate lists tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, shingles and gutters separately. If the price changes, you can see exactly which part changed and why.

Care for the finish

Clean drip edge lines, straight shingle courses, flashing tucked and sealed where walls meet the roof. These details are what keep water out for years, and they are also what make a roof look finished from the street.

Your property protected

We cover landscaping and protect siding before tear-off, keep walkways clear during the job, and run magnets across the yard and driveway for nails before we leave.

Where We Work

Our crews work out of Noble and take on residential and commercial roofs throughout the nearby towns, among them Norman, Moore, Purcell, Newcastle, Blanchard, Goldsby and Slaughterville. Hail, strong wind and the odd ice storm are part of life in central Oklahoma, so storm damage repair and gutter work fill much of our calendar next to planned replacements and roof inspections. Not sure your address falls inside our area? Mention it on the phone and we will tell you plainly.
